Programs
We have individualized workout programs with or without a meal program. There are no long-term facility contracts, all you pay for is the training that you receive. We have individual session and monthly pricing available.
An individualized workout program specific to your goals consists of:
- Initial movement assessment to determine your specific movement patterns.
- Corrective stretches to improve pain-free movement.
- Initial diet review and assessment.
- Monthly Body Composition Assessment.
- 8/12/16 week Periodized Training programs to prevent training plateaus.
- Scheduled rest and phase adjustments for stability/strength/growth/power/etc.
- Sport specific training programs available.
- 1-on-1 email correspondence (as necessary).

Rates will vary depending on your needs:
When training for a specific goal or event, there is a right way and a multitude of wrong ways to do it. My goal is to help you train correctly and efficiently.
- Your body has its own story and functional movement patterns based on how it has developed over the years.
- Your body cannot move efficiently with muscle imbalances or pre-existing injuries affecting your range of motion or flexibility.
- If you already have the fundamentals and just need help developing a training routine, your needs are different than someone learning new movements or recovering from an injury. I strive for proper functional movement patterns in every exercise, for every repetition, and at every workout. This is where the Pillars of Strength will determine your training progression.
